Everyday...there is frustrations. This week I was driving home from work and once again, guess what..TRAFFIC! It was so busy at work. I don't want to say it was a bad day, because, trust me, I have had BAD days. It was just a busy stress. Lots of meetings. Lots of time talking with people. Stressing about getting done what I needed to get done in that day. I just wanted to get home and have a little quiet time where, you know, you can sit and not have to talk to anyone. Even if it was just for a little bit.
But then as I drive home, in all that traffic, Or should I say as I sit in the traffic, I start to notice the things around me, the colors. And the sun was making the colors so bright on the trees. Yes, I am talking about the leaves and the beauty that the fall brings with the change in color. The golden yellow and red colors can be mesmerizing, and that isn't good when your driving!
Everyday is a day for a new opportunity, a new experience. You just have to open your eyes, and take it all in.
1 Peter 3:3–4 – "Your beauty should not come from outward adornment... Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight."
Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NIV)"He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end."
Love to all,
